Elaine Sexton
is the author of Sleuth, a collection of poems published by New Issues Press (Western Michigan University). Her poems and reviews have appeared in American Poetry Review, Poetry, Prairie Schooner, the Women’s Review of Books, ARTnews, Art New England and numerous other journals. Sexton started a poetry collective in New York in 1999 and later published the documentary chapbook series, 7 Carmine, featuring the work of 25 emerging poets and artists who gather periodically in the city. This work is featured online at www.7carmine.com, a site developed by felllow editor, Curtis Bauer. Sexton served as the 2003 judge of the Frank O’Hara Chapbook Prize (Thorngate). She works in magazine development and teaches a poetry workshop at the Writing Institute of Sarah Lawrence College.

Curtis Bauer
is the author of the poetry collection Fence Line, which won the 2003 John Ciardi Poetry Prize. A founding member of the poetry collective, 7 Carmine, and the publisher of Q Ave Press chapbooks, Bauer's poetry, nonfiction and translations have appeared in Barrow Street, The Iowa Review, Vespertine, Rivendell, Runes and numerous other journals. After living for several years in Mexico and Spain, he currently teaches Creative Writing at Texas Tech University.

Megan Friddle
is an MFA candidate and 2005-2006 Katey Lehman Fellow at The Pennsylvania State University. A graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, her poetry has appeared in the journals Grasslimb and Dispatch and the anthology In Our Own Words. She currently lives in State College, PA, and keeps her left brain busy as the designer and webmaster for several sites, including chapbookfinder.com.
